Build Strong Connections Together
Perhaps you thought that starting a family would have brought happiness, but instead, it has left you with confusion, self-doubt, or feeling distant from your children
Your vision of a passionate relationship with your partner may have turned into feeling like roommates going through daily routine
You may have underestimated the challenge of dating and balancing that with your career, and now feel regret and loneliness
Well, you’re in the right place.
I can help reconnect your family, restore your relationship with your spouse, and rebuild yourself
My therapeutic approach is a relation of who I am as a person. I’m compassionate, genuine, honest, empathic, and an active listener who also enjoys a little bit of humor.
Rather than solely addressing your difficulties and concerns that brings you to therapy, my gain is to get a holistic understanding of who you are as a person with your own distinct strengths and life experiences. I focus on establishing a comfortable and relaxed environment that fosters open and mutual trust.
Whether you’re an overwhelmed family struggling to fix your child/ren’s behavioral issues or child/ren feeling misunderstood by your parent(s)
A couple that has been desperately seeking a way to improve their relationship
A person that wants to let go of feeling like you’re “not good enough’’
I believe that a casual and down-to-earth environment can help you feel more at ease, ultimately leading to more fulfilling relationships you’re looking for.
What it’s like to work with me:
With a focus on kindness and approachability, I strive to create a safe space where clients can feel comfortable exploring their emotions and experiences. While therapy can be challenging and may involve processing difficult emotions, I believe that this is an essential part of the growth process.
In our sessions, I like to incorporate creativity as a tool for self-expression and exploration.
This can involve anything from drawing or writing to role-playing or using other interactive techniques. Using a variety of activities means therapy can be more enjoyable, engaging, and tailored to you.
